don’t know where to start. Not only is she professional (punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, etc), but she is very personable. After things started to pick up with wedding planning and looking through countless planners/day of coordinators, we found Zaira (and boy did we find her at the perfect time!) In comparison to the others, she didn’t focus on just booking us and getting paid…she wanted to talk to us first before booking and listen to what we were looking for so that way our vision would come to life (beyond selfless).

Zaira is truly such a beautiful person inside and out. From our first phone call, I felt at ease. She listens like a friend, and I knew she would help me step by step! Thank you Z for all your help.

I was initially drawn to Zaira because I thought it would be convenient to have both a wedding planner and florist as one vendor. When I first talked with Zaira, I was even strongly considering doing my own flowers. However I realized that taking it on myself would simply be too much with my very busy schedule. Up until talking with her three months before the wedding, I planned a good chunk of it on my own with help with MIL, but needed a lot of expert help figuring out the logistics of having a backyard wedding.

Zaira and her teammates of professionals made our wedding and dream came true experience! They were extremely diligent and prone to help and advise, easygoing and flexible and when they had the opportunity they went the extra-mile! A big thank you as well to Chef Maria Angelica Montenegro, who delighted us with one of the finest food we ever tried. Thanks and many blessings.

Z Events planned our dream wedding. The decor was spot on and absolutely gorgeous. Amazing service! We weren't sure if wether to hire an event planner, but after struggling with the logistics we decided to hire one and were were recommended Zaira. Although not a wedding, I am truly grateful to what she accomplished in just 2 days. We decided last minute to make a dinner party for my daughter's birthday after her trip to Europe was cancelled. Although not a wedding, were recommended Zaira. Because my wife and I work too much we couldn't find the time so make my daughters' birthday. We all had an amazing time. the Balloon decoration was impressive and everything was just the way she wanted. We couldn't be happier!

We asked for Zaira's help just 1-2 days before the event because our dinner reservation was suddenly canceled. I had a destination Wedding in Miami FL and connected with Zaira from Z Events to plan the entire event. Identify locations for wedding and rehearsal dinner, get a pastor, menu, seating, entertainment. We did the entire event at one hotel with an ocean front ceremony, all under budget! Her bilingual services were very helpful.
